Auto Accidents Personal Injury Real Estate Wills and Probate Workers' Comp. CT Attorney Links General Infomation

A will is an effective way for your property to pass to your loved ones.  Thus, for a relatively small fee, Attorney Freeman will discuss your estate plans and make provisions that will protect your family members.  Regarding probate, and settlement of estates, it is important at that difficult time, for the surviving family members to receive effective assistance so that the wishes of the deceased loved one will be carried out fully.  There are many detailed procedures involved in the administration of an estate, not the least of which involve gathering information on assets, debts, and the filing of appropriate tax returns.  Also, insurance claims need to be processed and pension benefits need to be collected.

Attorney Freeman will work closely with the representative of the estate and, where possible, will advise that representative as to what information he can gather so that the legal fee can be reduced as much as possible.  All questions will be patiently answered and paperwork will be processed as quickly as possible to insure the completion of the estate and the distribution of proceeds to the beneficiaries.

Before signing any documents, contact an attorney.  It is important that you have legal guidance from the beginning of the process.  For more information, you can contact Attorney Freeman at rmf@attorney-legal.com
